Safeguarding

We have been working professionally on safeguarding for over 30 years and whilst we currently major on safeguarding adults we have also worked on safeguarding children as both social care/children’s services’ managers and as consultants and trainers.  We are unquestionably committed to protect the health, well-being and human rights of children, young people and vulnerable adults to enable them to live free from abuse, harm and neglect and we are able to offer support to organisations in all sectors to ensure they undertake their respective roles by putting people first and complying with the law and associated regulations.

Recent commissions

Some of our more recent commissions have included:

  • A remodelling of a large Safeguarding Team in a local authority
  • The completion of a complex Safeguarding Adults Review
  • Facilitation of Safeguarding Boards to develop strategy and forward planning for both adults and children
  • Auditing of Safeguarding Practice
  • One to one coaching of safeguarding managers
  • Development of safeguarding policies and procedures for a national provider of care services and training all staff
