Government Priorities for 2021

Serco’s top two executives handed £7.4m in pay for 2020, after Serco ‘given’ a £400m pound contract on Track and Trace that isn’t even successful in preventing the spread of the virus…..

Nurses and health professionals awarded a less-than-inflation 1% pay award (worth about £200 after tax) following their amazing success facing death while treating COVID-19.

£150m provided for publicans in the budget (which they may deserve)…..

But absolutely nothing for social care whose staff and residents have faced death throughout the coronavirus and who are on their knees due to the lack of funding.
