About Us

We are a small consultancy and training company that works closely with customers in all sectors to deliver change and improvement working mainly in social care and specialising in service reviews, safeguarding training and Safeguarding Adult Reviews.

Overview

Mick Lowe formed the company in 1998 after a long period in local government where he had been a director for ten years and had previously been head of adult services in a London Borough. Phillida Miles joined the business as a co-director more than ten years ago after working in health and in social care as a social worker and social care manager.

We have completed over 900 independent projects over this time ranging from training thousands of health and social care staff and transforming key public services in the UK but also leading on central government decentralisation in countries such as Albania and West Bengal.  (For a list of  our customer base, click here.)
