I am a management consultant mostly working with UK local government in the areas of change management and organisational development, project management and policy and strategy development.
Predominantly I work with local authorities on problem solving across a wide array of policy areas (from regeneration to education, environment to social services) and with a focus on how technology can be used to resolve many of their ’sticky issues’.
This increasingly includes my current passion for the use of social media in local government in driving better engagement with customers and improvements in business collaboration within and across the public sector.
